Boogie 2024 Registration

This year we accept checks or money orders for paying Boogie registrations, but we also accept credit or debit cards using SQUARE payment processing.  After completing the registration process, a link is provided to where payment can be made either manually for mailed or hand delivered payment or credit/debit payment.  For faster registration confirmation, guests should use a credit or debit card.

Boogie registrations are NOT refundable, but they are transferable.  If you can't attend the Boogie after paying for a registration, you can transfer the registration.  Please create a Registration Transfer Request to notify us that you want to transfer your registration.  DO NOT resell your registration without creating a transfer request.  We must have a record of all transfers because no one will be admitted to the Boogie who is not registered.  If you want to designate a person to receive a transfer, they MUST be on the waiting list before we record the transfer.  During a transfer, both you and the other person will be given instructions about making the transfer.  If a payment is required, registration  transfer will occur only after payment is confirmed.  If you have any questions about making a transfer, contact Bill Linam 865-250-7650 ewlinam@bellsouth.net. 

After a guest is registered, an email is sent with information about getting a special Boogie room rate at the Ramsey Hotel.  The special room rate requires a code that will be provided in the email.  Do not make a hotel reservation until you have the code.
