Frequently Asked Questions
-
How do I know if my Boogie ticket is confirmed?
If your name is on the Who's Going list, you are confirmed.
-
I can't go to the Boogie. What do I do?
Boogie tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable. There are two things you can do:
-
The Boogie website has a list of Who Wants Tickets. Search the list for someone in your club or near you that needs a ticket.
-
You can list your ticket(s) using the Ticket Transfer form, and check "No" when asked "Do you have a Buyer?". Your contact information will be displayed in the Tickets For Sale list.
-
How can I find the order number for my Boogie Ticket?
If your name is on the Who's Going list and you can't find the email that was sent when the ticket was purchased, go to the Ticket Orders page. Type your last name in the search box to find your order number.
-
When I have sold or transferred my tickets, what do I need to do?
-
When your ticket(s) sell or transfer, you must complete a Ticket Transfer form, and check "Yes" when asked about a Buyer. Have their name, phone, and email address ready for the form.
-
If you have a room reserved at the Ramsey, please complete a Hotel Room Transfer form.
-
What is my position on the waiting list? Where do I stand?
Our waiting list is not prioritized. It's just a list of people who want tickets. However, you can monitor the page of Tickets For Sale. With some luck, especially after Thanksgiving, you might find someone trying to find a buyer.
