Each Smoky Mountain Boogie guest package includes table snacks, soft drinks, water, ice, a Friday night dinner, and dance lessons on Friday and Saturday. Check out the Details page for more information. Daily breakfast is included in hotel room rate. Paid registrations are NOT refundable, but are transferable. There is a two (2) package maximum per order. Party packages are purchased before registering the required guest information. Payment is only accepted by credit/debit cards. Each person attending the Boogie must be on our official Who's Going list. Ordering guest packages is a three (3) step process:

Ordering Guest Packages: To order guest packages, a purchaser chooses a quantity (2 max.) to be purchased and lists the full names of all people on the order that will be assigned to the packages. When ordering, be sure to verify the quantity matches the number of guests to be registered. Our system doesn't do this automatically. If ordering for multiple people, have their name, phone number and email address ready for step 3.
Complete the SQUARE Checkout: During check out, the only method of payment is credit or debit card done online. After a package order is completed, two emails are sent. Please check your spam and junk folders if you can't find the emails after placing an order.
-The first email contains the order number and quantity of guest packages ordered.
-The second email provides instructions and a link required to complete the next step.
To ensure each party guest is confirmed and registered on our official list, the following step must be completed.
Guest Registration: Contact information for each guest on the order must be provided within 24 hours by the purchaser of the package(s). For example, John wants to buy two packages; one for himself and one for Mary. He has reserved and paid for two packages. In the order confirmation email he receives, there will be a link to an online guest registration form. Using the form, he must provide the referenced order number, name, phone number and email address for himself and then repeat the process for Mary. A confirmation email is then sent by our system to each registered guest. The email sent to each guest will contain the order number with instructions for making a room reservation at the Ramsey hotel.

NOTE

Using anonymous names (i.e. Guest 1, Guest 2, or John Smith-Guest) should not be used without prior special permission from the Boogie. The Boogie reserves the right to cancel any order and provide a refund if guest information is not provided for an order after the 24 hour time limit.

When all Boogie guest packages are sold, visitors to this page can click on the "Add to Waitlist" button and provide their contact details using a wait list form. Note: By completing the form, you are giving the Boogie permission to share your name, email address, and club affiliation on our public website so that a package seller can contact you. The Boogie will not facilitate the resale of guest packages.

It is the policy of the Boogie to organize tables for singles and for any club with more than 10 attendees. Package orders and registrations are only accepted online (first come first served), so we can maintain accurate attendee information and determine order priority. When a person registers, they should indicate their table preference from a provided list of clubs. If their club is not listed they can select "Other" and enter a new club. To register 10 or more people, there are two approaches:

Have all people order their own packages and pay on-line and register themselves with the same club affiliation.
One purchaser collects name, phone, and email information for all people. Then purchases guest packages and registers each person with the same club affiliation. However, there is a two package maximum per order, so multiple orders will be required.

DO NOT SEND A PAPER FORM FOR ANY RESERVATION; IT WILL BE REJECTED.

Want to Sell a Guest Package?
If someone can't attend the Boogie after paying for a package, it can be privately resold. Check our Wait List (sorted by club affiliation, not priority) for people that want a package. The Boogie will not find a buyer for you. However, please use the (Transfer Request Form) to notify us that you want to transfer a package. DO NOT transfer your package without creating a transfer request. We must have accurate records of all transfers because no one will be admitted to the Boogie without being properly registered.

If you have a buyer, be sure you have their name, phone number and email address. If you don't have a buyer, you can still use the Transfer Request Form. However, submitting this form without a buyer, gives the Boogie permission to share your name, email address, and club affiliation on our public Packages For Sale page, so a buyer can contact you directly. If you are selling more than one package to different buyers, please create a transfer request for each buyer. If the Boogie needs additional information, you and/or the buyer will be contacted.

What to do with your room reservation?

It will be easier to find a potential buyer, if you have a room reservation at the Ramsey hotel. Do not cancel your room until you have found a buyer for your package. There is a place on the Transfer Request Form to indicate you have a room reserved. If you want to make a transfer of your room reservation at The Ramsey Hotel, you must complete a Room Transfer Request form. Please do not try to make a transfer by calling the hotel.

Boogie Room Rates (including buffet breakfast):

Standard rooms (any floor) are $170+tax.
Two room suites are $247+tax.
King rooms with Jucuzzi/Fireplace are $247+tax.

A hotel reservation can only be made AFTER Boogie guest packages are ordered and each guest has been registered with contact information. After registering each guest, a confirmation email is sent by our system to each registered guest. The email sent will contain the order number with instructions for making a room reservation at the Ramsey hotel.

To reduce their call volume, the hotel has created a weblink for the special block of Boogie rooms. That link will be provided in the emails sent to the package purchaser and each registered guest. The special room rates require the order number provided in the Boogie reservation confirmation email. To receive the Boogie room rate, reservations must be made 60 days before the Boogie.
